Send an email to our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack the Items
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all SOU・SOU tags attached in the original packaging.
Ship the Package
Send the package using a trackable shipping service to the return address provided in our confirmation email.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we inspect and approve the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange.
